Apple Crescents
This quick and easy snack is delicious, your family will love it!
- 8 Tree Top Fresh Apple Slices
- 1 Can Lowfat Crescent Rolls
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
- 3oz Clear Diet Soda (such as lemon-lime)
- 3oz Apple Juice
- Cinnamon
Combine apple juice and soda, put aside. Heat sugar with butter or margarine
until sugar is dissolved. For each crescent roll, put one fresh apple slice in
each and pinch to seal. Place each crescent roll into a baking dish, pour margarine
and sugar mixture over the top. Pour the apple juice/soda mixture over the top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
